From my point of view, which goes a bit against the current trend, the search for being in the now is not a solution or a realistic possibility to help us with anxiety or stress. For me, being in the now does not exist. Time never stops, and even if we stop, it keeps running.
Our whole system is in continuous motion: our energy flows back and forth endlessly, our mind, whether we are aware of it or not, keeps on creating thoughts and emotions... it is a continuous and unstoppable work.
Life itself is pure and continuous movement within space-time; everything is endlessly created and transformed.
Through sense perception, we can receive this continuous movement of all the energy around us, realising that it is not possible to stop or pause.
Looking for that red light, and even thinking about what we need until it is green, takes us away from reality.
Every action we take has a consequence, both physically and in our energetic body. Hence the importance of knowing how to observe what is happening, to feel what frequency we are in and from where we are living that moment. Being aware of this awakens our intuition, making us accept our choices and better integrate their consequences.
Observe what is happening: From a neutral frequency, observing yourself and letting things happen before you before making a decision and taking action.
Feel what frequency we are in: Feel your energy body in every moment so that you can return to the Neutral Frequency when you feel that the situation is consuming your vital energy.
From where we are living that moment: if we are living it from sorrow, pity, compassion, joy, suffering, despair, lack, abundance... What kind of feeling are you generating as a result of that experience and if you have already generated it in the past? Once detected, you will be aware of the part of you that you need to work on in order to stop hurting yourself.
You cannot stand still, you cannot stop life, but you can improve your life by working from knowledge, always protecting what is most important to you, your well-being.
