
REPEATED EMOTIONS. THE UNCONSCIOUS .
In this article I try to bring you a little closer to seeing clearly how your unconscious, that unknown place in which we store those accumulated, painful and traumatising experiences. These at the time exceeded our capacity for understanding and assimilation. This triggers in us an activation of the survival system with respect to everything that we have not yet integrated or that is retained, stored in our internal storage room. Without wanting to face and integrate it in order to be able to leave it behind and make it not be latent in your present, causing illness, reactive behaviours, stress, nightmares, insomnia, lack of self-esteem, insecurities?
We have to stop deceiving ourselves. We have to face all the memories, the desires, the thoughts that we have voluntarily and involuntarily censored because of our naturalness, because we don't feel socially vulnerable. To face our conscious self, to free ourselves from our own pride, our ego. To cease the suffering they cause us so unnecessarily.
Our resistances speak:
- I'm over that now.
- I am now the person you see because of what I have suffered.
- Those were different times.
- It's not that I don't want to, it's just that it doesn't suit me.
- I prefer not to talk about my past.
- I am, I do, I can alone.
- You are, you need, you made me, it's your fault.
- I don't feel like it.
- Yes, but... It's just... And if...
-Someday I will... Now is not the time ...
- It doesn't affect me.
- Down to earth... Things are as they are...
Human beings have an unconscious defence mechanism. Through it, without intending to do so, we are able to convert the emotional malaise into a physical one by fleeing from the psychological conflict. It is well known that a great majority of the illnesses we suffer from are caused by our mind. Anxiety, stress, muscular pains, cancer, allergies, food intolerances, depression, skeletal pains, visceral problems, etc.
Be brave and "take the bull by the horns".
The first step is the acceptance that we do not control everything and that our unconscious exists and is very powerful. Accept that self-deception is continually sabotaging you.
Put all your attention on your being, on your present. Hand on your heart. Take courage and start to detect and face your resistances. Your objective must be clear: how many years have you been like this? Haven't you had enough? Enough is enough! You deserve to be well, at peace, in full health... Give the best of yourself to those you love the most.
Self-deception allows you to take your behaviours, motivate them for your own self-interest, give them an existential reason, rationalise them so that they have it, even give them a moral sense, covering our eyes, deceiving ourselves more and more and losing the ability to see them from a real approach. Pride and arrogance prevent us from seeing.
You have created a lot of internal noise with a short-term placebo effect, which is causing you a lot of damage, open your eyes. All these well thought out exploits within you exist and I advise you to at least start by wanting to put an end to them. That would already be a first step of the brave warrior in you.
How can we establish a dialogue between our unconscious and our conscious in order to overcome those past experiences, parked inside us, that are hurting us in our present and that we need to let go of?
